Hoop Dance Basics

Grab a hoop and get your giggle on!  This class will get you dancing up a storm while hooping on the waist, hips, hands and more.  Amaze your friends and yourself with fun hoop tricks, tap into your inner child and get fit while doing it.

Intermediate Hoop Dance

Want to go deeper into your hoop practice?  This class will introduce more advanced concepts, refine chest and leg hooping, and explore multiple hoops.  

Hoop Dance Fitness

An aerobic workout using dance hoops to tone your body and enliven your heart.  This gym-based class will sculpt core, legs and arms, and improve balance and heart health.
